Triple J Auto Group is pleased to announce ten newly certified Master Technicians, the highest honor by the manufacturer for automotive technicians. Each technician went through an extensive training program, which is a significant achievement. This certification not only validates their training and professionalism but also demonstrates to the public their commitment to excellence.
Agapito Salalila, Gerrardo Imasa, Ron Quintanilla, Ren Escalante, Ray Lagman, Fernando Fredeluces, Errol Adonay, Roger Melencio and Lito Flores received certification as Ford Master Technicians.
Leroy Leon Guerrero received certification as a Honda and Acura Master Technician, which puts him in the highest rank of only a handful of techs in the country that hold both certifications.
“Triple J is proud to recognize these team members from our Ford and Honda service departments,” said Fred Cardinas, Service Manager for Triple J. “They are deserving individuals who have shown outstanding dedication to our customers and to the continuous improvement of Triple J vehicles.”
As a Master Technician, they handle the most challenging diagnostics and repairs in the service department. Along with increased technical knowledge, Master Technicians are required to have strong communication skills in order to work in a team environment with service advisors, fellow technicians, and customers.
“They are all shining examples of what it means to be a Master Technician,” said Ken Ray Paulino, Group Operations Manager for Triple J, “and Triple J congratulates each of them for earning this certification and we wish them continued success.”
Paulino went on to say, “Making these investments in our technicians not only benefits them, but our customers – it helps take the guesswork out of finding a good technician, and certifies the technical competence of our technicians.”
