|Vacant Position||Job Description|
|Cook|| Responsibilities may include but are not limited to prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodstuffs in restaurants. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures. Rotate stock items as per established procedures. Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift. Should have a formal training. Must have a Diploma from a recognized Culinary/Restaurant School or equivalent work experience in a reputable establishment as a Cook. At least 2-year experience in supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other workers engaged in food preparation.
|Chef|| Responsibilities may include but are not limited to plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities amongst staffed kitchen. Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards. Estimate food requirements as well as food and labor costs. Supervise kitchen staff's activities. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs. Recruit, train and manage kitchen staff. Should have a formal training a diploma from a recognized Culinary/Restaurant School or equivalent work experience in a reputable establishment as a Chef. At least one-year experience in supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other workers engaged in food preparation.
|Kitchen Helper|| Responsibilities may include but are not limited to perform a variety of food preparation duties as well as cooking, i.e. preparation of cold foods, shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. Continually clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage and other duties as required. A high school diploma and at least one-year kitchen experience preferred.
|Assistant Leasing / Recertification Specialist|| Responsibilities include but not limited to resident relations, recertification and office management. Professional qualities to include are excellent organizational, time management, customer service and good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs and residential property management are a plus.
