The highly anticipated Triple J 40th Anniversary 5K Bubble Color Run is set for TOMORROW Saturday, November 16, 2024. The race starts at Triple J Auto Group Main Location in Upper Tumon (next to Kmart) and proceeds north on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Runners will proceed north passing Iipog Street, Saint John Street, Tumon Lane and Carlos Heights Street. 5K Runners will turnaround at the Bank of Hawaii and Goody’s Sporting Goods parking lot and 10K runners will proceed to Micronesia Mall intersection and continue on Army Drive and turnaround near Bargain Tactical in Harmon, all runners then head south on Marine Corps Drive back to Triple J Main Location.

Showtime is 5:15am and Go Time is 5:45am for the 10K and 6:00am for the 5K.

The event will feature a grand prize drawing where two lucky winners will receive roundtrip economy tickets to Japan, courtesy of United Airlines. In addition to the run, attendees will enjoy free food, drinks, and the chance to win awesome prizes. Registration is $15 for the 5K and $20 for the 10K, while children 8 and under can join for free (no event packet provided).

Proceeds from the Bubble Color Run will benefit Guam Cancer Care, Sanctuary Incorporated of Guam, Bake Their Day, and Safe Haven Pregnancy Center, supporting these vital community organizations.

Between the hours of 4:30am to approximately 8:00am on Saturday morning, November 16, 2024, lanes Northbound along the Marine Drive race route will be closed for 5K runners’ safety, one lane Southbound on Army Drive will be closed for 10K runners’ safety.

RUNNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CARPOOL. PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE KMART PARKING LOT. Please plan on extra traffic and be courteous and safe.

This race is sanctioned by the Guam Running Club.
